People who
register for the symposium, regardless of whether they attend
in-person or virtually, agree to abide by the
IACR code of conduct.
All in-person attendees who register after March 12, 2023 will incur a late registration surcharge. This surcharge with be USD 50 for regular attendees and USD 25 for students. Please also note that we may have to close registration once we reach 650 in-person participants, so there is no guarantee that we will be able to accept late registrations at all. There is no late registration surcharge for virtual attendees.
As a participant of RWC you can register an accompanying person for a fee of $50. This fee covers participation of the accompanying person in the reception on Monday only.
The symposium registration fee includes participation in the technical program and all social functions (reception on Monday, and lunches and coffee breaks Monday–Wednesday). Additionally, in-person attendees will have access to the chat forum, online social events, and recordings of the talks.
Virtual attendees are able to participate in the technical program. This year's virtual symposium will involve live talks, Q&A sessions, a chat forum, and recordings of the talks.
If you are a student presenting at RWC 2023, your registration fee will be covered by the Cryptography Research Fund for Student Presenters. Please contact the General Chair before registering to obtain a registration waiver token.
Cancellations requests should be made by email to the conference general chair. Those received by Monday, March 20, 2023 will receive a full refund less USD $50 to cover fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after Monday, March 20, 2023.
We do not accept cancellations from virtual attendees.
