Registration

Note: The IACR membership fee was recently changed to USD 80 (regular) / USD 40 (students) by decision of the membership at the CRYPTO 2024 membership meeting.

People who register for the symposium agree to abide by the IACR code of conduct.

Late Registration

All in-person attendees who register after February 26, 2025 will incur a late registration surcharge of USD 100.

Accompanying People

As a participant of RWC you can register an accompanying person for a fee of $80. This fee covers participation of the accompanying person in the reception on Monday only.

What the Conference Fee Includes

The symposium registration fee includes participation in the technical program and all social functions (reception on Wednesday evening, and breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks from Wednesday–Friday).

The accompanying person fee includes only the reception on Wednesday evening.

Additional Information for Students

If you are a student presenting at RWC 2025, your registration fee will be covered by the Cryptography Research Fund for Student Presenters. Please contact the General Chair before registering to obtain a registration waiver token.

Refund Policy

Cancellations requests should be made by email to the conference general chair. Those received by March 1, 2025 will receive a full refund less USD $100 to cover fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after March 1, 2025.
